Our No Show/Financial Policies
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Attractive financing options are available, ask us about Care Credit and our Membership Options.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS/LATE CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS
We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you do not show for your appointment and do not notify us, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice, you will be responsible for a non-attendance fee of $75. Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to keep other patients and medical staff on time.
PREPAID SERVICES
Must be used within one (1) year of purchase and unused services are not refundable.
PROMOTIONS
Unless specifically stated, our promotions and/or special pricing may not be combined with other promotional offers. Please present any promotions/special pricing at the time of service; price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services.
REFUNDS
Unopened products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in exchange for spa credit. Opened products that are causing an allergic reaction may be exchanged.
