CHEMICAL PEEL: WHAT TO EXPECT

A chemical peel is a comprehensive treatment that carefully cleans, hydrates, exfoliates, and rejuvenates your skin. The process can be broken down into three basic steps: Cleansing, applying, and neutralizing. During your session, you can expect:

  • Skin Cleansing: This helps remove bacteria and natural oils from your face to ensure the peel penetrates appropriately.
  • Applying Potent Ingredients: Depending on the depth of the peel, we may use chemicals such as lactic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, trichloroacetic acid, retinoids, or alpha or beta hydroxy acids.

WHAT IS CHEMICAL PEEL RECOVERY LIKE?
